school assessment

Is there something wrong with giving students an incentive to have a better lifestyle? Normally people would love anything that can better there chances for a higher education. Here in Memphis, it is a different story. Memphis City Schools are upset with their tremendously low graduation rate and decided that they are not going to just sit back and let the declining rate keep falling. They have stamped the new brand “Every Child, Every Day, College Bound” on all Memphis City School students hoping to ingrain an optimistic mindset of post secondary schooling. Not only did they just brand this mindset on the kinds but they are also educating their students at a level that will allow them to attend a post secondary school. The brand has immense positive prospective results in store for students, families, and the city. The few controversies holding all families back from believing in this brand is the idea of whether or not this should in fact be the School Board’s main priority and also whether the brand’s word choice is the most optimum
